Image server memory: 5.8 seconds; Height: 256 tones; Tray Capacity: 128MB; etc. — found by 'ingsoc' at Worse Than Failure: This one's just unbelievable. A rather...interesting set of specifications for a multifunction printer from Canon, still uncorrected on Canon's site as of July 29, 2007.
Spell converstion / Spell utiltiy: From the help file to version 8 of Corel WordPerfect. This one's just dripping with irony.
Bush Seeks $87Bn in Anti-Terrot Gund: From an Associated Press article posted on ABCNews.com in September of 2003. One must admit that it sounds surprisingly like a Bushism, even though it isn't.
Still and Sparkilng: This sign advertised the two varieties of water available from the dispenser in UGA's Snelling Dining Commons. It has since been replaced with one that's actually spelled correctly.
Allston has long been seen as a future locust of science research — found by Alison Miller: From the January 12, 2007 edition of The Harvard Crimson. Doesn't sound like much of a compliment to Allston when it's put that way...
